USLOVI DOSTAVE, ROKOVI OBRADE I POVRATA ROBE


1. Obrada narudžbe (Handling Time)

Narudžbe zaprimljene radnim danima do 13:30h obrađuju se isti dan.
Narudžbe zaprimljene nakon 13:30h ili tokom vikenda obrađuju se narednog radnog dana.

Vrijeme obrade narudžbe iznosi isti dan ili najkasnije do 24h (radnim danima).

Radni dani su ponedjeljak – petak (osim praznika).

    2. Dostava

Dostava se vrši putem sljedećih kurirskih službi:

Kurir #1: Euroexpress

  • Rok isporuke: 24 – 48h (radnim danima)
  • Preuzimanje pošiljki: do 13:30h (ponedjeljak – petak)
  • Isporuka: ponedjeljak – petak (ne vrši isporuke subotom i nedjeljom)

Cijena dostave:

  • Do 15 kg: 14,00 KM sa PDV-om
  • Preko 15 kg: cijena se automatski obračunava tokom checkout-a



Kurir #2: BH Pošta

  • Rok isporuke: 24 – 72h
  • Preuzimanje pošiljki: do 13:30h (ponedjeljak – petak)
  • Isporuka: ponedjeljak – subota (ne vrši isporuke nedjeljom)

Cijena dostave:

  • Do 10 kg: 11,00 KM sa PDV-om
  • Preko 11 kg: cijena se automatski obračunava tokom checkout-a


Napomena: Rok isporuke počinje teći od trenutka predaje pošiljke kurirskoj službi.


3. Oštećenje prilikom isporuke

Kupac je dužan pregledati pošiljku prilikom preuzimanja.

U slučaju vidljivog oštećenja paketa ili proizvoda, kupac mora odmah prijaviti oštećenje kuriru prije njegovog odlaska.

Naknadne reklamacije za fizička oštećenja koja nisu prijavljena prilikom preuzimanja ne mogu biti prihvaćene.

4. Povrat robe (Pravo na odustanak)

Kupac ima pravo da bez navođenja razloga vrati robu u roku od 3 dana od dana kreiranja narudžbe.

Uslovi povrata:

  • Proizvod mora biti nekorišten
  • Mora biti u originalnom pakovanju
  • Mora sadržavati svu prateću dokumentaciju
  • Troškove povratne poštarine snosi kupac, osim u slučaju greške prodavca.
  • Povrat novca vrši se nakon prijema i pregleda vraćene robe.


5. Garancija

Kupac bilo kojeg Jasic inverter aparata ili druge električne mašine kupljene putem webshopa dobija:

  • Pisanu garanciju
  • Fiskalni račun


Osim ako drugačije nije izričito navedeno u opisu proizvoda.

6. Dodatne informacije

Zadržavamo pravo izmjene cijena i uslova dostave bez prethodne najave.

Sve cijene su izražene u KM i uključuju PDV, osim ako nije drugačije navedeno

 SHIPPING, HANDLING & RETURN POLICY


1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders placed on business days before 13:30 are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 13:30 or during weekends are processed the next business day.

Processing time is same-day or up to 24 hours (business days only).

Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping

We ship using the following courier services:

Courier #1: Euroexpress

  • Delivery time: 24 – 48 hours (business days)
  • Pickup deadline: 13:30 (Monday – Friday)
  • Deliveries: Monday – Friday (no Saturday or Sunday delivery)


Shipping cost:

  • Up to 15 kg: 14.00 BAM (VAT included)
  • Over 15 kg: shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout


Courier #2: BH Post

  • Delivery time: 24 – 72 hours
  • Pickup deadline: 13:30 (Monday – Friday)
  • Deliveries: Monday – Saturday (no Sunday delivery)


Shipping cost:

  • Up to 10 kg: 11.00 BAM (VAT included)
  • Over 11 kg: shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout


Delivery times start from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier service.

3. Damaged Goods

The customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If visible damage is detected, it must be reported immediately to the courier before signing the delivery receipt.

Claims for physical damage that are not reported at the time of delivery cannot be accepted.

4. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers have the right to return products within 3 days from the date the order was created, without providing a reason.

Return conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • All accompanying documentation must be included
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to seller error.
  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.


5. Warranty

Customers purchasing Jasic inverter machines or any electrical equipment from our webshop will receive:

  • Written warranty
  • Official invoice
  • Unless otherwise stated in the product description.


6. Additional Information

We reserve the right to change prices and shipping conditions without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in BAM and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
